Shine Ministry
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
-Matthew 5:14-16

Unashamed of Jesus
By Dena M. Hall

If my Lord can still love me
Despite bad things I have done
Then I should be Unashamed Of Jesus
And proclaim my devotion to everyone
But I must be careful
When using words to do the deed
Because they might be tainted
With my own wants and greed
I should not be doing it
To get a better mansion in the sky
As long as I'm with my Savior
A shack will get me by
For I should do it
Because His love is for real
And I want everyone to know that
So they can share the joy that I feel
And the best way I can do this
Is to respond in any way I can
Whether it's taking up the cross
Or finishing the task at hand
If I deny myself
And live to show others the right way
Then my Lord won't be ashamed of me
On that final judgment day
