Shine Ministry
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
-Matthew 5:14-16

Come, Holy Spirit, Come
By Dena M. Hall

My life had many sorrows
And pain I'd caused myself
For I had turned away from my savior
Leaving Him alone upon a shelf
But now I know the Great Comforter
Shall be with me the rest of the way
Because I realized I had been with Him
From the very first day
All I have to do is ask
And He will surely give
Creating a wonderful life
That is mine to live
For The Holy Spirit makes miracles
Just like Pentecost
And as long as I believe it's true
I will never be lost
And this gift can be yours, too
The answer is easy to see
Just bow your head in prayer
And utter this simple plea
“Come, Holy Spirit, Come
Enter into me
Dwell within my heart
And set my soul free”
