Shine Ministry
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
-Matthew 5:14-16

TheBrave One
By Dena Hall

Oh precious child
My heart cries out to you
As I sit back and watch
All you are going through
I wish there was something I could do
To make it all go away
I would even take your place
On any given day
Yet, I must be honest
And let the truth be known
I don't think I could handle it
Even though I am all grown
Oh precious child
I stand in awe of you
As I watch you keep on going
Despite all you are going through
You are The Brave One
And I hope someday you'll see
Just how much your strength
Has inspired me
For Cole Routosala little boy who died of cancer and father, Aaron, started Coles Foundation,, in his name.

This poem was written for a very young boy that passed of childhood cancer. I pray for many of these children via their Caring Bridge and Care Page sights whom I lovingly refer to as my "Little Baldies" Please go to the foundation's web site or visit a Caring Bridge or Care Pages sight and offer prayers and please learn about and spread the word about Childhood Cancer.
