Shine Ministry
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
-Matthew 5:14-16

Journey In Compassion
By Dena M. Hall

When we see someone suffering
We feel compassion without a doubt
But do we actually help them
Because that's what compassion is all abut
It's about taking the time
To really show them that you care
Just that moment of your time
Let's them know there's still good people out there
It's about not being judgmental
Putting yourself in their place
Would you act any different
Given their problems to face
So Journey In Compassion
Let Jesus live through you
Something as simple as a smile
Makes them happy and could restore their faith, too
