Shine Ministry
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
-Matthew 5:14-16

DIVERSITY, RACIAL JUSTICE, ETC.

Hold up a pop can. Ask the children or congregation to tell you what it is. They should say “soda, pop, soft drink, cola, Coke etc. “ Have a child or someone write on a posterboard or dry erase board what is being said. Point out that even though it is called different things, it is still the same. And we are like that to God. We may be different, but are all the same in His eyes. Just as He loves us all, we need to embrace each other's differences and learn from them. For diversity is a good thing because we all have something unique to offer each other.
