Shine Ministry
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."
-Matthew 5:14-16

Praise God and Shout
By Dena M. Hall

There are times we'll shout, “Hosannah” all day
Then deny our Lord if things don't go our way
Even the best disciple will sometimes show doubt
Because we forget our Lord will make sure everything works out
We also deny our Lord in fear of what others might say
We're afraid of rejection and being turned away
But that shouldn't stop us from shouting the Word
We've made a difference if at least one has heard
And we deny our Lord when a blessing can seem like a curse
We must shout praises and know it could be worse
Just as Jesus emptied Himself to die on the cross
His Father exalted Him and all was not lost
For humbleness is the lesson Jesus did teach
If you humble yourself the more people you will reach
And being a good disciple will come easy to you
Then you will Praise God and Shout in all that you do
